Yes, you can. During the upload process, you can mark your thesis or specific files as confidential. Confidential documents will not be published in the portal.

If confidentiality applies for a limited period, you can also set an end date for the confidentiality during the upload.

Yes, you can upload it and select the confidentiality end date during the upload process. The registration and/or files will be published in the portal after the embargo date.

If your upload is already sent to the supervisor, you can withdraw your registration, make changes and resubmit your registration.

When your supervisor already accepted your thesis, please contact librarybackoffice@utwente.nl. Include the thesis details (e.g. number or title) in your message to help process your request quickly.

Your thesis has been sent back by your supervisor or the library for revision. You can find their feedback in the right-side panel. Make the necessary changes and resubmit your thesis.

•     Can the metadata be published worldwide without restrictions?

•     Can the file(s) be published worldwide without restrictions?
•     Or should access be restricted due to:
  •   potential follow-up research
  •   copyright concerns
  •   company-sensitive information
  •   personal or privacy-sensitive data
