Stand Up
This year’s Well-being Weeks, spanning from the 3rd of June to the 21st, theme was ‘Stand Up!’
This means literally standing up and moving, inspired by recent insights into sitting behaviour. We connect this to the Well-Being survey, emphasising the importance of standing up for yourself. 'Stand up and feel the confidence to set your boundaries.'
