Well-being Weeks – In Balance Together
From June 2 to 20, the University of Twente was all about well-being. During these Well-Being Weeks, we explored how small habits, supportive environments, and mindful choices could help us create a healthier, more balanced life.
Together, we focused on building positive relationships, fostering a safe workspace, taking care of ourselves and each other and finding balance, especially in challenging times.
Participants discovered practical ways to stay energised, focused, and connected.
Because when we found balance together, we thrived together!
