Well-being Weeks – Wake Up Your senses
The Well-Being Weeks have wrapped up, and what a sensory journey it was. From 10–28 November, Wake Up Your Senses invited us to slow down and tune in: moving, tasting, listening, seeing, and feeling our way into calmer minds and stronger wellbeing. Through workshops and activities that engaged all five senses, we discovered small, practical ways to recharge and a few new favourites to take into everyday life.
Thanks to everyone who joined, showed up with curiosity, and helped create such a warm vibe throughout the weeks. Keep those senses awake. and keep choosing the moments that make you feel good. 💚
