If you wish to compose a flexible Bachelor's or Master's programme, you need to discuss this with the programme management (programme coordinator and/or study advisor) before sending in the request to the examination board. If the programme consists of courses from different programmes, the examination board has to confirm to which programme the flexible programme belongs.
The composed programme needs to have a well-argued cohesion, also related to the intended learning outcome of the programmes involved and the intended subject of the thesis.
Mandatory documents:
- motivation letter*
- a complete and detailed study progress overview (SVO/SPO) from Osiris
- a table/overview of the standard and new (fexible) programme including all study units names, codes and ECs
- the main programmes approval (Programme Director or Study Advisor) of your suggested flexible programme
* mandatory data in your letter:
- student name and last name
- student number
- programme you are enrolled in
- articles applicable to your request
- explanation why the flexible programme is relevant to you and how you will fulfil the intended learning outcomes of the programme with the study units of the flexible programme
