‘Exhilarating and an honour to organise’
Nine universities from Ukraine paid a working visit to the Centre for Higher Education Policy Studies (CHEPS) at the University of Twente last week. Directors and rectors were presented with a three-day programme on educational modernization, innovations, trends and developments. Harry de Boer of CHEPS elaborates on the gathering.
