BACHELOR THESIS AT HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT
Human Resource Development focuses on the professional development of adults at their workplace. We study the professional development of both employees and managers, and we do so in various types of organizations (e.g., education, health care, high-tech industry). Oftentimes, our research combines theories from psychology, educational science and human resource management. Below, you will find a list of themes that are available within our department.
