Beste leidinggevende,

Binnenkort zal de Universiteit Twente starten met privacy- en security awarenesstrainingen voor alle medewerkers. De UT heeft besloten dat het voltooien van deze trainingen verplicht is. Als leidinggevende speel je hierin een cruciale rol. Om je in deze rol te ondersteunen hebben we een videopresentatie gemaakt om je te informeren over je verantwoordelijkheid om jouw teamleden te stimuleren en te motiveren om deze trainingen te volgen.

Wat is jouw rol als leidinggevende?
In een tijdperk van voortdurende digitalisatie zijn leidinggevenden zoals jij, essentieel in het uitdragen van bewustzijn over het belang van privacy en cybersecurity. Binnenkort zullen alle medewerkers van de UT worden uitgenodigd om de privacy- en security awarenesstrainingen te voltooien. Onderstaande presentatie dient als jouw voorbereiding hierop. In deze presentatie vertellen we je over de nut en noodzaak van deze trainingen.

De presentatie is op elk moment beschikbaar, zodat jij het kunt volgen op een tijdstip dat het beste bij jouw agenda past, hef liefst voordat de trainingen van start gaan. Medewerkers ontvangen de uitnodiging voor deelname vanaf 25 maart.

The University of Twente will soon commence privacy and security awareness trainings for all staff members. The UT has decided to make the completion of these trainings mandatory. As a manager, you play a crucial role in this process. To support you in this role, we have created a video presentation to inform you about your responsibility in encouraging and motivating your team members to participate in these trainings.

In an era of continuous digitization, managers like you are essential in promoting awareness about the importance of privacy and cybersecurity. Soon, all UT staff members will be invited to complete the privacy and security awareness trainings. The presentation below serves as your preparation for this. In this presentation we will inform you about the purpose and necessity of these trainings.

When?
The presentation is available at any time, so you can attend it at a time that best suits your schedule, preferably before the training sessions start. Employees will receive the invitation to attend from 25 March.
