The holiday planning is in full swing.
When you have agreed to your leave with your supervisor and team, then register the hours in AFAS as well, preferably immediately but certainly before you go. This helps us to have a more up-to-date overview of the surplus of leave hours within CES, and this in turn can have implications for the budget. We need to reserve a budget for untaken leave hours, so the smaller the surplus, the better! I know you are all very busy, and the cutbacks don’t help, but please do take your leave, especially for your well-being! If you find this difficult to plan, or if you still have a large surplus of hours, please talk to your supervisor.
