Annabel Jeuring, one of the UT photographers, will take pictures for people.utwente.nl profiles on the dates mentioned below. The photo (simple passport photography style) may be used for:

Registration is required and available for regular employees and guest staff. An additional fee applies for sharing the photo with external parties (like newspaper articles). Please contact the photographer in that situation. Please make your appointment with the photographer below. An appointment takes 5 minutes. You will receive your photos by email within 4 weeks.

Your appointment is called a 'course' on this page because we use the UT course system for registrations.
If you need to cancel, please use the link in the confirmation mail.

What if all spots are booked | Mail alert

If all spots on the list below are claimed, you have two options:

Check this page at the last minute: Some people cancel their appointments in the last two days. In the early morning, there are usually 5-10 free spots available.
Mail alert: When registration is impossible (either the current series is full or no series is planned), the 'course alert' button appears. You will receive a one-time notification when spots are available.

Unfortunately registration is not possible at the moment. Subscribe to a 'course alert' and receive an email as soon as new dates or free positions become available.
