Student & Exam programme

In case you started your exit year at the UT before this academic year, please fill out the programme form from the academic year you started in (https://www.utwente.nl/en/csc/forms/) instead of this one, especially when indicating changes. If you started longer than 3 years ago, please contact your programme mentor first.

CS General (mandatory)

DST core and Advanced courses

The DS programme at the UT contains a number of core (4) and advanced courses (3 out of 6). The intention is that students minimize the number of core and advanced courses they still have to do in their exit year, so that sufficient room for electives remains.

Students are expected to show in the field below how the courses in their programme at the entry university cover the all or at least most of the core and advanced courses with at least the same amount of EC as the core and advanced courses at the UT (preferably including a link to the course description at the entry university).

A grade transcript of the entry university needs to be provided later to prove that the covering courses have at least the same amount of ECs and have been passedThis has to be approved by the Programme mentor. If there are any uncovered core/advanced courses remaining, please do check them or discuss with your programme mentor first.

You cannot pick both NLP and Foundations of IR as advanced course. You can take both, but one will need to be part of the electives in your profiling space.
