Do you want to follow together with your team a workshop?

To create a shared understanding of 'together', you can book one of the workshops with your team. During these workshops, all participants reflect on their own responsibilities and competencies needed to translate the vision into their own path of leadership development together with their team.

What is needed to develop leadership at UT in these challenging times and what can you do that contributes to this?

  • 1: Crafting Connections: A CX Game Workshop for an Enhanced UT experience

    What if all students recommend us and talk positively about UT? Imagine the impact we could make on our brand awareness and student influx. In this Serious Game we get close to the customer and show you in an interactive and fun way how you can contribute to creating a consistent UT experience for our students.

  • 2: Extend your network

    Extend your personal brand and act as a true UT ambassador. In this workshop, you will learn how this can go hand in hand. Use your professional network to extend your reach and contribute to the brand awareness of UT.

  • 3: Teamwork makes the dream work

    Dive into the experience of performing as a team, where working together is essential. It is a fun team experience, where you will build constructions under high time pressure. Which team can make the dream work and score the most points? Afterward, we will reflect on what is needed to collaborate, what is your natural way of getting things done and what do you do when the circumstances change?

    Duration: 90-120 minutes
    Participants: 3-12 participants

  • 4: Explore your path as a leader

    What leads us and how do we lead? With the new UT leadership framework, we have a compass to use while navigating through challenging times. We will discuss our shared understanding of leadership and translate it into real-life examples. Whether it is a quick start or a deep dive into your path as a leader, the aim of this workshop is to initiate dialogue on the topic of leadership and help you understand what leadership means to you.

  • 5: From vision to shared results

    A follow-up can have a few possible formats:

    1. A workshop to explain how to use the X-matrix format
    2. A workshop in which the model is shared and we discuss which strengths and impediments you currently face in the policy deployment process (1 hr.)
    3. A workshop in which you, as a team, fill in your X-matrix (ca. 2 hrs.)

    Of course, we can always discuss the best format for your group.

  • 6: Leading through scarcity

    How do we act when resources get scarce? During this workshop you will experience how individuals and team members might react when the availability of resources changes and becomes scarce. What happens when we have to focus on shared goals?
