Starting January 1, 2023, Google is changing how it offers Google Workspace for Education. This is a result of the agreements that have been made with, among others, SURF.
It concerns the processing of personal data in the Google Workspace for Education service. This is adjusted through an added addendum to the standard Google Cloud Privacy Statement. This is in addition to the changes we announced on August 12, 2021.

This addendum to the Google Cloud Privacy Statement explains what changes to how Google (as controller) processes the personal information of users of the Google Workspace for Education service. You will also find answers to frequently asked questions here.
