From the various knowledge areas within the University of Twente, there are options to put together an in-company program for your organization. An in-company training can be used for specific groups of employees and/or managers within your organization to meet a (current) knowledge need. But it can also serve as moderation or inspiration during change processes or in the case of mergers and acquisitions as a means to create commonality.
It can also be offered in the form of Management Development, Young Talent or Leadership programs. An in-company program can be part of an accredited master's program if it meets a number of conditions.
