Well-being themeweeks ‘Catch your Breath’

Have you always wanted to try outdoor yoga? Or are you done with sitting at home and would you really like to go for a walk, but missing a walking buddy?

As of 19 April the Well-Being weeks, with the theme ‘Catch your Breath’ have started. Activities that you can do during these weeks are among others laugh- and Bob Ross painting workshops. Furthermore, you can follow interesting lectures and apply for a Walking buddy program, for you and a buddy to go for a walk and sightsee the beautiful Twents environment.
