Reminder for application to ECIU University Forum

The ECIU University cordially invites educators, researchers, and external stakeholders to the ECIU University Forum 2024, an intensive and interactive 2-day event, which strives to establish new relationships between ECIU University community members and encourage educational collaborations. This year’s theme is Education for a Resilient and Sustainable Society. 

Taking place on June 6th and 7th and hosted by Kaunas University of Technology in Lithuania, the Forum aims to deepen connections within the educational community to build a sustainable society. We're assembling a dynamic community across the ECIU University consortium to tackle pressing societal challenges. From environmental sustainability to social equity, we will explore how education can serve as a catalyst for fostering resilience and sustainability. 

Co-created agenda 
This isn't just another conference; it's a platform for forging meaningful connections and fostering collaborations. Join us in co-creating the agenda of the event, where educators are encouraged to propose session topics and presentations. Examples of already-proposed sessions are: Let's collaborate to build an agenda that amplifies diverse perspectives and innovative ideas within the ECIU University community. 

Application details 
There are only 10 spaces available for UT staff this year, so apply here soon! The deadline is the 29th of February. You may apply simply as a participant or as a session presenter for a topic that drives you! Financial support for travel and accommodation will be provided for those accepted. Contact eciu@utwente.nl to inquire about funding. Together, let's pave the way for a brighter, more sustainable future with the power of education!
