Canvas guest account

This form is only for requesting a guest account for an external user that MUST have access to Canvas, and can only be filled out by UT employees. Guests can't request an account for themselves. For other guest accounts use the LISA service portal https://selfservice.utwente.nl choose "Services", "Authorization" and "Guest Account (X-account)".

Before requesting a guest account search the UT people pages to check if the person you want to request Canvas access for is already known at the University. People listed on the People pages already have Canvas access.

Requester info: Fill out these fields so you will be sent the X-account information once it is created. The information from this form is sent to the Canvas support team of your faculty.

Why is this guest account needed?

Guest info: Fill out these fields for info about the guest. The end date must be within one year from the start date, but guest accounts can always be prolongued if someone needs longer access.
