Our Energy Group colleague Ivo Varenhorst has received the Best Paper Award at the 15th ACM International Conference on Future and Sustainable Energy Systems (ACM e-Energy 2024) for his paper titled "Quantifying Device Flexibility With Shapley Values in Demand Side Management". The conference took place in Singapore from June 4 to June 7, 2024.
Co-authors of the work are Johann Hurink and Marco Gerards. The paper can be found via this link. The ACM e-Energy conference, organized by the ACM Special Interest Group on Energy Systems and Informatics (SIGEnergy), brings together researchers and practitioners to discuss advancements in sustainable energy systems. This year’s event included workshops, technical sessions, and discussions on topics such as renewable energy integration and smart grid technologies. We congratulate Ivo, Johann and Marco with this achievement!
