Lunch Lecture Philosophy
Friedrich Nietzsche
During this lunch lecture Ciano Aydin will explain life and thinking of the famous German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche (yes, the one with the impressive moustache). Who was this exciting philosopher? For what reasons did he proclaim the death of God, what is ‘will to power’ and why did he introduce the concept of an Übermensch? What can we nowadays learn from this thinker who described himself as the ‘philosopher with the hammer’?
Prof.dr. Ciano Aydin is full professor at the department of philosophy (UT) and a great fan of Nietzsche.
Free lunch for students!
