Well-being Weeks

The Well-being weeks are coming up again, with this time as theme “Bye Bye Winterblues”!  

The focus is on physical activity, nutrition, and relaxation, with the aim of warding off the winter blues during the darker months of the year. It will be a full month filled with great activities, from 6 November until 1 December, including a resilience and self-defense workshop, running therapy, free breakfast and workshops about healthy food habits.
