On December 10, 2023, Tartaros is once again organizing the eighth Survival Run for anyone looking to challenge themselves!
A Survival Run is a thrilling combination of running and conquering obstacles. This year, there are two different distances to choose from, 6 and 9 kilometers! For the 9 kilometers, you have the option of going recreationally, participating in the BSR (Beginner Survival Run), or taking on the KSR (Advanced Survival Run). The BSR is a competitive category designed for novice survival runners looking to progress to the KSR. The course for the 9km recreational and BSR categories will be somewhat lighter than that of the KSR. You can even tackle the recreational variant with a group, so bring along friends and family to push your limits together!
The Survival Run winds its way through the campus. Check out the route here. The costs range from €18.50 to €23.50 for SBN (Survival Bond Nederland) members and from €23.50 to €25.00 for non-members.
To make this fantastic run a reality, we also need many volunteers. As a volunteer, you can take on various enjoyable tasks, such as assessing participants or delivering food and drinks to your fellow volunteers. You'll even have the opportunity to participate in the run for free on Saturday, December 9! As a grand finale to this incredible experience, you're also invited to the Volunteer Bonfire Evening one week later.
