Christmas dinner with Nick Toet Cooking demo

This evening's recipe: we go shopping in the campus supermarket, buy everyday products and let well-known chef Nick Toet make a Christmas dinner out of them. Not expensive, but tasty! Nick Toet presents the popular EtenmetNick on YouTube, in which he prepares dishes in an approachable and humorous way. Meanwhile, he teaches you all about cooking techniques. With us, Nick Toet makes a three-course meal: salmon bonbons stuffed with potato and chives; ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach, with sage butter; chocolate mousse.
