Volgens de Wet op het hoger onderwijs en wetenschappelijk onderzoek (WHW) heeft de examencommissie de bevoegdheid om in specifieke gevallen af te wijken van de regels die in de Onderwijs- en Examenregeling (EER / OER) van deze universiteit staan. Daarvoor kunnen studenten een gemotiveerd verzoek indienen waarover de examencommissie beslist. Alleen verzoeken die volledig en op tijd zijn ingediend, worden in behandeling genomen.
According to the Dutch Higher Education and Research Act (WHW) the Examination Board has the competence to deviate from the rules stated in the Education and Examination Regulation (EER) of this university in specific cases. For that students can submit a motivated request which then will be decided on by the examination board.

Deadline
De Examencommissie GZW/HS vergadert maandelijks. Een verzoek aan de Examencommissie moet op een specifieke datum vóór de vergadering van de Examencommissie zijn ontvangen door BOZ-GZW. De vergaderdata van de Examencommissie en de deadlines voor het indienen van een verzoek zijn te vinden in het vergaderschema. Binnen twee weken na de vergadering ontvangt de student het besluit van de Examencommissie.
The Examination Board GZW-HS meet once a month. A request to the Examination Board must be received by BOZ-GZW at a specific date before the meeting of the Examination Board. You will find the meeting dates of the board and the deadlines for sending in your request in the meeting schedule. You will receive the decision of the board on your request within two weeks after the meeting.

Naast persoonlijke gegevens (naam, studentnummer), naam van de module/cursus en cursuscode zijn een omschrijving van het verzoek, motivatie en relevante documenten (o.a. studievoortgangsoverzicht uit Osiris) verplicht om bij te voegen.
Neem contact op met de studieadviseur bij persoonlijke omstandigheden of voor advies en tips voor het schrijven van het verzoek.

All requests must come with personal information (name, student number), name of module/course and course code, a description of your request, your motivation and relevant documents (e.g. detailed study progress overview from Osiris).
