It’s happening! After months of preparations, we’re happy to inform you about the full programme of the Week of Education. What can you expect from June 10th onwards?

Inspiring speakers
Are you looking for inspiration for your project-based education? The workshop GROOW Design Thinking has its creative designer Mitchell Jacobs coming by, and experienced trainer of Toetsrevolutie René Kneyber will be hosting both a keynote and interactive workshop on formative assessment.
Teachers across the UT’s campus itself will also be hosting various sessions like designing Educational Learning Opportunities with Tim Jongman, or implementing CBL in various BMS programmes hosted by Anna Bos-Nehles.
Ceremonies & Markets
This week is also filled with grand festivities! Starting out with a grand opening and handing out of the BIG award on Monday 10th, moving to the Teacher of the Year on Wednesday 12th, and senior-qualified examiners and teachers at the SUEQ/SUTQ market on Thursday 13th.
And if you’re looking for a low-key way of being inspired about educational innovation: walk around at one of the markets, for instance on Monday 10th on general educational innovation, or Wednesday 12th specifically on CBL hosted by the ECIU University.

With so many events taking place in one week, you’d want to assemble your own Week of Education and pick what fits your agenda. Luckily, you can use the Week of Education webapp and sign up for each individual session and assemble your own programme. Since it’s a webapp, no download is required.
Once you’ve signed up on the website, we’ll shortly after send you a personal invite to the webapp in which you can start assembling your Week of Education. Whether you pack it with practical workshops, celebrate with the new teacher of the year, or just try to score some drinks at the closure drink: we hope to see you at the Week of Education!
