Well-being Weeks in the Library Stand Up! (3rd – 21st June)

The Library is excited to offer a range of well-being related activities as part of the UT-wide well-being weeks. With the theme of Stand Up, the Library encourages students to take an active break by taking part in the community drawing and origami in the Library entrance. Sports equipment will also be lendable from the Library desk for use outside. The Library's standing desks and laptop stands will be further promoted during the well-being weeks – did you know that standing whilst studying can help to improve your posture and productivity? For those looking to learn more about how they can enhance their well-being, a special collection of books will be on display for browsing and borrowing. Students can look forward to a free community lunch and afternoon snacks (in collaboration with the Student Union) as well as free flavoured water in the coffee corner.
