Bertyl Lankhaar new director of Kennispark Twente

As of 12 June, the Supervisory Board of Kennispark Twente has appointed Bertyl Lankhaar as director of Kennispark Twente organisation. For the past six months, she has taken on this position as interim director. She showed how she brings stakeholders within the Kennispark ecosystem together in a connecting and transparent way.

Arjan Kampman, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Kennispark,  is therefore delighted with the appointment of Bertyl Lankhaar: "Over the past six months, Bertyl has ensured rest and structure within the organisation. The Supervisory Board and others around us are positive about her connecting approach. She has a good idea of what the area and its stakeholders need to secure and advance Kennispark's position as a top work location and one of the three largest innovation campuses in the Netherlands. We look forward with confidence to continuing the collaboration with Bertyl."

Bertyl herself about her appointment: "It is an honour to be able to fulfil this role for Kennispark. In the past six months, I have been able to experience every day what a special science park this is, with so many beautiful and innovative companies and talents. I see plenty of opportunities to work with the entrepreneurs, the municipality of Enschede and the University of Twente to continue building a strong and future-proof innovation campus that makes an important contribution to the economy of Enschede and Twente."
