The OPUT (Overlegorgaan Personeel Universiteit Twente) is a composition of union representatives, representing the interests of UT employees. During the Local Consultation, the OPUT meets with the Executive Board to realise agreements from the CAO. Invitation: Meeting of Trade Unions on Reorganizations and Participation
On March 26, the collaborating trade unions FNV, AOB, and CNV are organizing an informational meeting on reorganizations, participation, and co-determination.
Martin van Gessel (CNV advisor) will discuss topics such as social redundancy plan , the role of the Local consultation (Lokaal Overleg vakbonden en bestuur), and the authority of OPUT (local representatives of the labour unions). Additionally, relevant laws and regulations and their impact on employees will be addressed.
This session is intended for employees who want to gain more insight into their rights and obligations during reorganizations. There will be room for questions and discussion.
