Stand Up
This year’s Well-being Weeks, spanning from the 3rd of June to the 21st, theme is ‘Stand Up!’
This means literally standing up and moving, inspired by recent insights into sitting behaviour. We connect this to the Well-Being survey, emphasising the importance of standing up for yourself. 'Stand up and feel the confidence to set your boundaries.'
Do you have any questions after reading the program, or would you like to share a great idea for one of the next well-being weeks? Please contact us via wellbeingweeks@utwente.nl.
Take a nice short walk, together with your friends or by yourself, and get a nice FREE lunch at the end!
