Our university co-creates with many partners and stakeholders; this is a two-way street, where we do not just reach out to relevant stakeholders with our output, but actively engage them throughout the process. The UT has committed to various efforts to make our research accessible to, and inspired by, society: Open Science, Citizen Science, and through facilities like our DesignLab.

- Are you looking for an expert with a specific area of expertise? In that case, it is best to use our Research database, which lists the fields and publications of all our scientists. For the fields Artificial Intelligence, Transport and Robotics, we have developed an expert finder tool.

Making your ideas reality
We strive to be in dialogue with society. That includes you! For this, the Citizen Science Hub has set up the Meedoen (Dutch for “participate”) platform. This platform matches researchers and citizens to help find solutions for real-world problems. What would you like to tackle?
Teach and inspire the next generation
Our Pre-U pre-university programme offers a broad array of activities where you can get your first experience with scientific education and help with choosing a study programme. At Pre-U, university students work enthusiastically to help get students like you ready for studying at a university. Our activities are planned and given by those students. The target group of Pre-University is Dutch education, so the activities are mainly in Dutch.
