Business order
Do you have to make a business order (internal UT)? Use Proactis to order by work order number. For access to Proactis and ordering, please contact your secretariat or finance department.
Private order
Do you want to make a private order? Please order via the consumer webshop. You can have these orders delivered to your home (subject to delivery charges) or free delivery on campus* (twice a week).

DELIVERY ON CAMPUS
Orders can be collected free of charge from the Central Mailroom in the University of Twente's Garage building. Orders placed before noon on Tuesday will be delivered on Thursday. Orders placed before noon on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday the following week. Collection preferably between 13:30-15:30.
If you work on campus, enter your building and room number and the mailroom will forward it to you internally as a service.
