De UT maakt gebruik van een persoonlijk roostersysteem, TimeEdit. Deze nieuwe planning- en roosteringsapplicatie vervangt MyTimetable, Resource Booker en Syllabus+. Alle studenten en docenten kunnen met TimeEdit hun rooster bekijken en exporteren (abonneren) naar hun digitale agenda. Wijzigingen in het rooster worden automatisch gesynchroniseerd in de geexporteerde agenda.
