According to the EER (section 11) in the new academic year 2024-2025 students need approval for combining (parts of) modules at the same time. Combining study units from different modules is only allowed after explicit permission from the programme coordinator. Students can file their request by using this form. The form must be filed prior to the start of the quartile. You will receive a response of the programme coordinator by email.
For students doing the double degree TCS/AM you only need to submit this request if you extend your regular programme.
Note: this approval is only about combining modules. If you need permission of the examination board (for example regarding pre-knowledge or something else) you still need to file a request to the examination board.
