S&T Green Hub, founded in August 2023, actively promotes sustainability at UT by converging knowledge and initiatives.
As a student-driven environment, it fosters skills in managing sustainability in professional life, guided by the coordinator and support team.
Operating on pillars of education, coaching, and community connection, S&T Green Hub aligns projects with Sustainable Development Goals, contributing to the sustainable development of organisations.
With a shared vision, S&T Green Hub aims to make sustainability the norm at UT, building a broad network across students, faculty, companies, researchers, organisations, and the local community.
Mission
The S&T Green Hub's mission is to:
- Create a central hub that connects, informs, and supports the UT community in advancing sustainability transformation.
- Serve as a platform that engages the UT community in fostering a bottom-up movement for sustainability, climate action, and social justice.
- Play an active role in shaping, realising, implementing, and tracking the UT sustainability policy and performance.
- Act as a channel for sustainable, social, and systems entrepreneurship, empowering ambassadors to drive transformative sustainability in business practices and broader society.
