At the annual American Physical Society (APS) meeting 2014 in Denver, Prof.Dr. Bene Poelsema has been awarded with the prestigious Beller Lectureship, for his research devoted to nanoparticles, nanostructures and hydrophobic surfaces.The Beller Lectureship was endowed by Esther Hoffman Beller in 1994 for the purpose of bringing distinguished physicists from abroad as invited speakers at APS meetings.
