Cross-border short wavelength nanometrology dialogue between XUV and PTB

Scientific collaboration is very important! Conferences provide a great networking opportunity. However, building genuinely effective relationships requires in-depth discussions one-on-one between research teams.

Last week, together with the students from metrology subgroup (XST) of XUV, we visited the PTB radiology group and discussed the development of short-wavelength optical nanometrology.
